Job summary

Revo Health in Stillwater is seeking a Patient Services Representative Float to support patient registration, check-in, and clinical duties across OSI clinics. This full-time role requires strong customer service and administrative skills.

You will handle insurance information, scheduling, and communication with patients and staff, while providing flexible coverage across multiple sites. This position emphasizes accuracy and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments
• Chart preparation and management
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff
• Rotation of Switchboard Operator duties which include: accepting, handling and transferring calls, coordination of interpreters for clinic appointments, and coordination of patient referrals
• Any and all other duties as assigned such as cleaning, laundry, rooming patients, prepping patients for appointments, etc.
