Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the office, verify insurance information, collect co-pays and balances.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling of outside testing for patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
• Pull and file charts; prepare charts for next day appointments.
• Process daily reconciliation reports to ensure charges are entered correctly.
