Responsibilities

• Greets patients and completes registration, collecting required demographics and insurance information.
• Verifies insurance details and collects co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments; directs and documents calls as needed.
• Coordinates scheduling of outside testing for patients and acts as liaison between patient and practice.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures accuracy in daily reconciliation and chart preparation.
