Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a medical/clinical office or health/dental insurance industry.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer literacy and ability to multitask.
• Ability to explain insurance terminology to patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-desk registrations.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays or payments.
• Explain responsibilities and schedule appointments.
• Enter patient data and referrals into the EHR.
• Promote patient portal usage and guide patients on referrals.
• Perform check-in and check-out processes, including reminders.
