Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification, billing, and government payer regulations preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect copayments and balance due; schedule follow-ups.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate delays or changes.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Maintain patient records, assist with billing and HIPAA compliance.
