Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls courteously and efficiently.
• Greet patients, update demographics, insurance and payment status.
• Collect copayments/balances and discuss payment plans with patients.
• Obtain prior authorizations and process referrals per clinic protocols.
• Book follow-up and other appointments as needed.
• Perform scanning, filing and other administrative tasks.
• Order and track office supplies.
• Perform other duties as requested.
