Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting patients, processing forms, reconciling copayments, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, with support for interpreters when needed and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiar with reception procedures and administrative workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with patient data.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, direct and check in/out.
• Answer calls, provide information and schedule appointments.
• Manage referrals and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance info.
• Process forms, maintain documentation and support other staff.
