FPCSN is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Wissahickon Ave center in Philadelphia, on-site role focused on delivering courteous, patient-centered service. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Healthcare office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance payors and patient eligibility verification preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance carriers (MCO/Medicare/Medicaid) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Answer phones and route calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and collect payments.
• Work within the Phreesia Hub to process patient requests.
