FPCSN is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Wissahickon Ave center in Philadelphia, on-site role focused on delivering courteous, patient-centered service. The ideal candidate will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and assist with payments while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all duties.

This position requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with EHR and Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $19.75 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Patient Service Representative provides direct patient-facing services. The primary focus is on direct patient interactions and excellent customer service.

Team members are expected to uphold the health center's mission by assuring that patients receive health care that is competent, caring, and meets a high degree of satisfaction. In addition, staff must support FPCSN's commitment to the creation of a trauma-informed system of care that continually recognizes and responds to the impact of traumatic stress on all those who have contact with the organization, including children, adults, families, caregivers, and staff.

LOCATION:

This position is on-site in our Abbottsford Falls center: 4 700 Wissahickon Ave., Philadelphia

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates should possess a diverse range of skills and experience, including but not limited to:

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience working within a healthcare office is preferred
