Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, provide information, and assist at the check-in/out desk.
• Pre-register and register patients, verifying demographics and insurance data.
• Coordinate initial evaluations and multi-discipline appointments.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and explain benefits as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from patients or their representatives and assist with referrals.
