Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 1 year experience in medical front office.
• Experience handling patient accounts, setting up payment plans.
• Familiarity with EHR and practice management systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up payment plans and answer billing questions from patients.
• Ensure billing information is accurate in the EHR/PM systems.
• Process referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology, and community resources.
• Contact patients to schedule appointments and verify sliding fee eligibility.
• Review sliding fee paperwork for completeness and proper documentation.
