Job summary

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will answer calls, verify insurance, collect patient information, and ensure paperwork meets billing and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in computer use and data entry.
• Healthcare or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls per organization protocol.
• Explain services clearly and coordinate referrals.
• Process orders for installation, changes, or discontinuance.
• Gather and verify patient, demographic and clinical data.
• Ensure paperwork supports billing and insurance verifications.
• Monitor day-to-day service activities and improve workflow.
