Responsibilities

• Answer each phone call using organization protocol.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Intake patient information and ensure accuracy of clinical, financial and demographic data.
• Verify payor requirements and obtain initial authorizations and insurance verifications.
• Generate delivery and billing paperwork and ensure paperwork is complete for billing.
