• Takes complete and accurate information, communicates with providers, and prepares schedules and documents.
• Performs check in/registration and verifies demographic and insurance information.
• Collects co-payments according to standards and directs patients to the next service area.
• Monitors patient flow, resolves scheduling and provider access issues, and ensures smooth service delivery.
