Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients, visitors and staff by phone and in person to provide information and guidance.
• Takes complete information from patients, prepares schedules and manages records with confidentiality.
• Performs check in/registration and verification of demographic and insurance information; collects co-payments.
• Monitors flow of patients and acts as liaison to ensure timely service delivery.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and related tests; provides educational materials and processes billing tickets.
