Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. The role focuses on clear communication between patients, doctors, and staff, handling scheduling, billing inquiries, and chart processing to ensure smooth visits.

The position supports the front desk in a professional medical office, with responsibilities including insurance verification, pre-authorizations, check-in/out, and accurate data entry into the EHR system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with recalls
• Address patient inquiries about billing, procedures, policies
• Prepare and finalize patient charts before/at arrival
• Verify charts and insurance, process payments, file clean claims, schedule referrals
• Balance cash drawer and daily deposits; run reports
• Monitor patient flow and communicate delays
• Maintain a safe, clean office environment
• Assume other duties as assigned by manager and doctors
