Bridgeview Eye Partners in Claremore, OK is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, collect information, and support front desk operations. You will assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling, and basic billing tasks in a friendly, patient-focused environment.

No prior office experience is required; we provide a comprehensive training program. The role offers a competitive starting wage, paid holidays, PTO, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401k.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist in patient communications and recalls.
• Respond to patient inquiries about billing, procedures, policies and services.
• Prepare patient charts prior to appointment and upon arrival.
• Verify chart documentation and insurance information, process payments, file clean claims, and manage referrals.
• Balance cash drawer, process daily deposits, and submit essential reports at day end.
• Monitor patient flow and communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean office environment.
• Perform other duties as directed by the office manager and doctors.
