Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner; direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance information, and collect payments at check-in/out or when scheduling appointments.
• Schedule appointments for established and new patients as appropriate.
• Coordinate physicians’ schedules and maintain knowledge of physician specialties and practices.
• Answer phones, return calls, take messages, and provide accurate information as needed.
• Handle mail and paperwork via fax, and manage medical records with accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to the PMC mission by delivering the highest quality of care to patients and communities.
