Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be a friendly, first-point-of-contact for patients and visitors. You will greet and direct people, gather demographics, process appointments, and handle check-in/out and payments with accuracy and empathy.

This temporary full-time role supports the patient experience across our Pinehurst location. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and may have medical office experience; weekend or holiday time

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Preferred: 1–2 years experience in a medical office setting.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and visitors promptly, courteously, and helpfully.
• Check in patients, verify/update information, and complete checkout; keep patients informed of physician timetables.
