Job summary

Pinehurst Medical Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and guide visitors through check-in and scheduling across our Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Sanford locations.

You will support appointment coordination, maintain a welcoming lobby, answer phones, and handle mail and records. The role requires a high school diploma with 1–2 years in a medical office preferred; day shift, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Greeting patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Checking in patients, verifying and updating information, and collecting payments.
• Scheduling appointments and communicating physician timetables to patients.
• Maintaining a neat lobby and coordinating with medical staff.

Responsibilities
