Job summary

Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team in Pinehurst, NC. The PSR will greet patients, collect demographics and payments, schedule appointments, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physicians' schedules and know physician specialties.
• Answer phones, take messages, and provide accurate information as needed.
• Ensure medical records and paperwork are handled accurately and promptly.
