Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare setting, physician office preferred.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers to create a welcoming environment.
• Check in patients and verify identity according to policy.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, referrals, and hospital admissions per orders.
• Maintain patient records in EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Process payments and assist Financial Counselor when needed.
• Provide coverage across stations as needed.
