Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in, verify identity, and document arrival in EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, referrals, and hospital admissions.
• Maintain patient records in EMR and billing systems with HIPAA compliance.
• Collect and post patient payments; coordinate with Financial Counselor.
• Support cross-station operations and communicate with care team.
