Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and coordinate scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and assist with scheduling follow-up visits.
• Answer phones and direct patients to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with patient registrations and data entry in the system.
• Provide accurate information regarding practice services and hours of operation.
• Support medical records duties as requested.
