Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of patient scheduling and manage appointments.
• Manage multi-line phone system and route emergent calls.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain co-pays and self-pay.
• Enroll patients in the patient portal and explain its use.
• Handle patient communications and messages within established timelines.
• Prepare and send outreach communications.
• Maintain tidy waiting areas and infection control standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks.
