Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling for in-person or virtual visits; manage reschedules and cancellations.
• Handle multi-line phone system and direct urgent calls appropriately.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain co-pays, self-pay, and insurance terms.
• Guide patients to use the patient portal and inform about its benefits.
• Arrange interpreter services as needed and ensure proper communication.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in and paperwork.
• Monitor patient communications and respond within timelines.
• Coordinate care requests with clinical team and providers.
• Manage appointment queues and outreach communications.
• Request and process external medical records and referrals.
