Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Associate to ensure a positive patient experience and smooth front-office operations. You will greet patients, collect payments, verify insurance, and coordinate appointments to support high-quality care.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years recent experience in a related medical office role.
• Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Experience in coding, office billing, insurance and government payer regulations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check-in patients and verify demographics and insurance.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; communicate delays promptly.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Obtain pre-authorizations and referrals as required.
• Prepare daily clinic schedules and chart prep for upcoming appointments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
