Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• At least one year’s customer service experience required.

Responsabilités

• Register patients at check-in.
• Collect current and overdue service charges and issue receipts.
• Secure a daily cash box and reconcile daily charges/receipts.
• Answer phone lines, take messages, and schedule appointments.
• Verify patient insurance information and data entry in systems.
• Travel to other clinics to cover shifts as needed.
• Operate office equipment (fax, printer, scanner).
• Follow Waco Family Medicine policies in the handbook.
