Qualificações

• Less than 1 year to 1 year of high quality customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Preference for experience with computerized scheduling and electronic records.
• Knowledge of IDX/GE Centricity is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and coordinate efficient flow through the practice.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Post time-of-service payments and update demographics and insurance information.
• Provide follow-up appointments and requisitions for tests as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and support patient experience improvements.
