Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degreepreferred in related field.
• Experience: No prior healthcare or scheduling experience required; customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, procedures, and exams for the service line.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, physician offices, and staff.
• Learn scheduling systems and EMR; assist with scheduling needs and coordination.
• Floats to other locations as needed; maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data entry.
