Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to enhance patient-families' experiences by managing clerical tasks, including call handling, registration, and billing support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting, and must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a medical front office setting.
• Basic knowledge of computers, filing and organizational skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with the public.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-families with a positive experience at CHLA.
• Perform clerical tasks associated with answering incoming calls and registration.
• Assist with financial clearance and authorization duties.
