Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Two years of experience in a medical setting with inpatient or outpatient admitting preferred.
• Experience in Patient Registration or financial counseling or with insurance terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and support for the flow of patients in Swedish Medical Center and Emergency Department.
• Provide front line customer service including reception and registration.
• Interview patients and families to collect demographic and financial data, obtain consents, escort patients, and handle valuables and deposits.
