Qualifications

• Experience in Patient Registration, financial counseling, or insurance and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and support needed for patient flow.
• Provide front line customer service including reception and Registration.
• Interview patients and families to obtain demographics and financial data, and obtain consents.
• Assist patients with financial aid applications and alternative coverage options.
• Serve as POS team expert to facilitate registration during hospitalization.
