Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or preferred.
• 2 years' experience in a medical setting with inpatient or outpatient admitting.
• Patient Registration, financial counseling, insurance and medical terminology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and support for patient flow in Swedish Medical Center and Emergency Department.
• Provide frontline customer service including reception and registration.
• Interview patients and families to collect demographics and financial data, obtain consents, direct patients, and handle valuables/deposits.
