Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including navigating software and email.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss financial responsibilities with patients.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with interruptions.
