Henry Ford Health is seeking a Clinic Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients at our Detroit clinics, handling check-in, registration, and insurance verification with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
