Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Administrative Assistant certificate a plus.
• Experience: 1+ year in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Technical: Proficient with EMR software; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Warm Welcome: Greet patients and visitors with a positive attitude and make them feel valued.
• Documentation: Manage patient and business documents with confidentiality.
• Insurance Verification: Verify benefits, eligibility, and payment policies.
• Financial Responsibility: Collect and communicate patient financial responsibilities clearly.
• Collaborative Support: Assist clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Compliance: Follow HIPAA/OSHA and documentation guidelines.
• Administrative Duties: Perform office procedures and operate medical equipment.
