Responsibilities

• Verify and collect insurance information and referrals.
• Register patients and ensure accurate data entry in the registration system.
• Collect payments for services and complete charge slips for data entry.
• Maintain scheduling and assist with physician/provider appointment calendars.
• Uphold Hillcrest Healthcare System policies and procedures.
