Novant Health Urgent Cares is seeking a patient service representative (PSR) to provide exceptional support to our patients. The PSR will greet patients, manage paperwork, and maintain office standards while ensuring accurate patient information entry and co-payment collection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a patient services representative is ideal.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties that may involve lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete the sign-in process.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front area and assist with training new employees.
