Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists with front desk paperwork.
• Maintains sign-in sheet and front office appearance.
• Verifies patient demographics and enters charges into the system.
• Collects co-payments and clarifies insurance information.
• Answers calls and schedules appointments as needed.
• Balances daily transactions and assists in patient record handling.
