Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with front desk paperwork and sign-in.
• Explain wait times and manage patient flow.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Enter charges into the system and update demographics as needed.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and organization.
• Refer to billing when needed and balance daily deposits.
• Assist in training new staff and uphold training standards.
