Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly during check-in, check-out, and scheduling.
• Answer multi-line phone system, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Collect copays and receipts, reconcile daily financials.
• Schedule follow-ups and referrals to specialists.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EPIC system.
