Duly Health and Care in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to serve as the friendly front-desk contact. You will greet patients, check them in and out, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and route inquiries with accuracy.

You will use EPIC to update demographics, verify insurance, and document communications while collaborating with clinical staff to keep wait times low and patient experiences positive.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients warmly and professionally during check-in and appointment scheduling.
• Manages scheduling of appointments and referrals, and answers a multi-line phone system.
• Collects co-pays, issues receipts, and reconciles daily financial transactions.
• Updates patient demographics and insurance details in EPIC.
• Maintains accurate records and ensures HIPAA compliance.
