Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Glen Ellyn Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Representative to deliver outstanding front desk service and ensure smooth patient flow. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect copays, manage referrals, and maintain accurate records in EPIC, while upholding privacy standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and a year of medical office experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients and schedule appointments; collect copays.
• Coordinate provider schedules to improve access and reduce wait times.
• Use EPIC to update demographics, verify insurance, and manage forms.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries; outbound calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
