Qualifications

• Phlebotomist Certification preferred (Required in Louisiana).

Responsibilities

• Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and calmly to patients.
• Maintain accurate records in PathConnect and other systems.
• Label, centrifuge, and transport specimens as required.
