PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Technician to perform daily patient service activities in the PSC or as an in-office PST, handling specimen collection and processing with professionalism and accuracy.

The role emphasizes phlebotomy, data entry, and clear communication with clients, patients, and PathGroup staff, while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Phlebotomist Certification is preferred (Required in Louisiana).
• At least 1 year of prior job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Collect specimens accurately following procedures.
• Enter patient and billing information into PathConnect and other systems.
• Prepare and label specimens for transport.
• Maintain daily logs and records.
• Assist with inventory and housekeeping duties.
