Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a patient-focused representative to deliver a positive customer service experience by educating patients on products, addressing concerns, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

Responsibilities include processing orders, making outbound calls, and using brand product knowledge to service patients, with emphasis on effective communication and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
