Job summary

University of California - Los Angeles Health is seeking a role that provides direct support to physicians and patients across primary and specialty care. You will act as a liaison, help patients access services, and coordinate referrals.

You'll communicate with referring physicians, follow up using EPIC/Care Connect, and ensure smooth patient experiences within the health system.

Qualifications

• Must set priorities reflecting job responsibilities.
• Ability to build productive working relationships with Faculty, Staff, Administration and patients from various social, cultural and economic backgrounds.
• Ability to creatively integrate competing demands into a productive working environment.
• Skill in verbal communications to clearly convey complex problems in both formal and informal situations.
• Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with a patient population in varying degrees of health.
• Ability to provide coverage for Community Clinics as assigned.
• Knowledge of hospital computer systems and related software for administrative work.
