Job summary

The University of California - Los Angeles Health seeks a patient-care liaison to support physicians and patients in assigned primary and/or specialty care clinics. You will act as a liaison, help patients access services, and facilitate communication with referring physicians.

You will also refer patients to appropriate resources and provide follow-up through telephone and the health system’s care platforms, ensuring smooth clinical workflows and patient satisfaction.
