Job summary

University of California - Los Angeles Health seeks a patient services liaison to support physicians and patients in assigned primary and specialty care practices. You will act as a liaison, help patients access services, coordinate referrals, and maintain follow-up through telephone and the EPIC/Care Connect system.

• Preferred: Knowledge of hospital computer systems and common administrative software.
• Preferred: Familiarity with authorization processes and managed care programs.
